To change your address, please log in and head to your “Account” page. Afterwards, you’ll click on the “Manage Subscriptions” page and there will be the option for “Address & Shipping Information”. Here you may edit and add your preferred address.
To change your method of payment please log in and click “Account”. Open the “Manage Subscriptions” page and scroll down to “Payment Information”. There you can “Edit” or “Add” your preferred method of payment.
To enroll in our wine club recurring monthly subscription, please sign up and answer 3 tasting preference questions. This will lead you to create an account where you can enter in your personal information. Please agree to the Terms and Conditions where you accept receiving the Tasting Kit and the following month’s order for 6 full-size bottles at $75 plus shipping and tax. Click “Open Cart” and proceed to checkout. Add your shipping and billing information to then complete your order.
Once your order has left our warehouse and is in transit with UPS you will receive an email confirmation with a relative tracking link. Please reach out if you do not receive this within 3 days of purchase.
We recently changed our gifting policy and gift subscriptions are no longer applicable. This is subject to change in the future. Feel free to check in every now and then for updates.
Currently, you have the option of purchasing a regular membership and canceling after the obligatory first month, full-size shipment. The recipient would receive the Tasting Kit, submit their preferences, receive a full-size bottle order based on those preferences. After the first full-size shipment is processed, you may email us to cancel the subscription without any additional fee.
You do not have to have a monthly subscription to purchase a sampler Tasting Kit or full-sized bottles on our Bottle Shop retail webpage. This would not grant you, however, the opportunity to complete the virtual tasting survey. Only when a Tasting Kit is purchased for the purpose of starting monthly subscriptions can you submit the Tasting survey to modify preferences and receive full-sized bottles.
Rest assured, those who had redeemed gift subscriptions before our recent site migration were issued the corresponding amount of points to cover the remainder of the gift subscription along with additional points to cover any inconvenience experienced. You may apply them to single retail orders on our Bottle Shop webpage as you wish. Points cannot be applied to recurring subscription orders but you may visit our Bottle Shop and make a retail purchase as you wish.
